Bio

I don't write very often these days, not nearly as often as the words that i imagine i will write.
And when I do it's vague.

I'd like to keep a close group of my friends here, and that's about all.
I'm becoming less social than I've been in the past. I just want my good friends and family around me.

I used to have too many interests to list all of them. Now I can't even fill the list. I'm not sure what the represenents!

I love listening to music, most female singers/bands/artists if they bring something "unusual" to the table, or guys if they sound like girls!!! I'm big on Rilo Kiley (no surprises, right?), Aimee Mann, Heather Nova, and lately I'm really getting into Tift Merritt. I'm heading towards the country end of the scale, it warms my soul.

I've been known as the "purple girl" for quite some time but since I moved in my partner I have started to adapt my tastes to include many other colours as I thought it was a bit unfair to make him live in a purple house!

I have no sense of humour. But things are extremely funny. All the time.
I can't explain that, except to say that I don't find many movies or TV shows funny but my friends make me laugh and smile on a constant basis.

I don't wash my hair often enough. Or wear make-up.

I don't like being rude. or harsh. or mean. But since I recently turned 22, I'm sadly learning sometimes that's what you need to be to get by in the world - I always thought I'd never believe that.

I want to write. Many books. Which I am currently doing, on a very irregular basis!
I like to read, but I don't like many of the books I read. I am fussy. and a snob.

I dream of travelling the world, but it costs more money than I currently have available.
